Training Services On Demand (TSOD: tsod.com) completed more than 20 professional development programs for Department of Defense and Homeland Security agencies in 2010, according to company principal Marcia George.
“Every branch of the Armed Services, along with Homeland Security agencies such as Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Transportation Security Administration, have benefitted from our workshops over the past twelve months,” George said. “We’re overjoyed that our work is contributing to the safety and security of our great nation.”
“All of our programs emphasize team-based communication,” said TSOD chief instructor Frank Whyte. “Whether we’re providing Team Building, Business Writing, Sexual Harassment Prevention, or any of a dozen other programs, we approach the topic from a communication perspective. We’ve helped a lot of our country’s defenders do their jobs more effectively by enhancing their team interaction.”
2010 also marked the tenth consecutive year in which TSOD maintained its perfect record for reliability.
