(Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided a Team Building Refresher program to members of Mellon Financial’s Aviation Division. The workshop included TSOD’s AdvanTeam™ team development system. AdvanTeam includes a fifteen-to twenty-minute interview with each member of a team, followed—usually two weeks later—by a professionally facilitated team workshop. The goal of the program is to identify a team’s developmental issues and create a forward-thinking environment in which to resolve those issues.
