Pacific Fishery Management Council Staff Participates in TSOD Team Building Retreat
January 14, 2004
(San Diego, California) Training Services On Demand provided a series of MBTI®-based Team Building workshops for scientists and managers with the Pacific Fishery Management Council. Participants gained an increased awareness of interpersonal and professional relationship dynamics, providing a basis for them to function on a true team basis. As part of the workshop, each participant received a complete MBTI® assessment that details how that person tends to participate on a team, communicate, make decisions, organize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
