Phillips 66 Turns to TSOD.com Training
HOUSTON, TX – The newest group of Phillips 66 Transportation Division Engineers completed a TSOD.com (Training Services On Demand) Team Building program in March, 2015.
Participants gained an increased awareness of interpersonal and professional relationship dynamics, providing a basis for them to work as a high-performing team. As part of the workshop, each participant received a complete assessment that details how that person tends to participate on a team, communicate, make decisions, organize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
