(Norfolk, Virginia) Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided Team Building and Team Communication training for the administrative staff of the U.S. Navy’s Special Warfare Group TWO in Norfolk, Virginia. Participants gained a heightened awareness of themselves and their colleagues: How they naturally communicate, make decisions, and form relationships. During the workshop, team members participated in activities that clarified team dynamics and challenges. Team members also received personalized detailing their workplace preferences and their team development opportunities, in addition to TSOD’s exclusive Team Communication best practices book.
Naval Special Warfare Group TWO supports and equips SEAL and SDV forces, concentrating on the Atlantic, Europe and Southern Command areas of responsibility. The group deploys Naval Special Warfare forces worldwide to meet training, exercise, contingency, and wartime requirements of the theater Commanders. A tactical force with strategic impact, NSW mission areas include unconventional warfare, direct action, combating terrorism, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense, information warfare, security assistance, counter-drug operations, personnel recovery and hydrographic reconnaissance.
