Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided a day long team building and team communications skills workshop for Cornerstone Financial Solutions Employees of Huron and Sioux Falls, SD in December. The program was held off-site at a location in Mitchell, SD. TSOD’s half-day Team Building program Program is based on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator personality typing protocol which allows team members to better understand themselves, their co-workers and how they can better interact and leverage their respective personality preferences. Team Communication moves the client’s new understanding of “type” into the myriad ways communication can both fail and succeed. By graduation the students have been exposed to 20 scenarios – many of which are real-world pairings allowing coworkers to see and experience their coworkers in a new light.
