(Washington DC) Training Services On Demand (TSOD) is the recipient of the 2003 President’s Award from the Telecommunications Risk Management Association (TRMA). In presenting the award, the association lauded Frank Whyte’s presentation to the association’s 2003 convention in Orlando, Florida.
“It is the high caliber, knowledgeable presentations, combined with enthusiastic discussions, which make TRMA a powerful source of information for improving the telecommunication industry credit and risk management capabilities,” noted Sandy Hall, TRMA president.
In accepting the award, Training Services On Demand principal Frank Whyte praised TRMA’s commitment to professional development.
“Associations that serve their members through continuing education serve their members in a profound and meaningful way,” Whyte said. “We’re overjoyed to receive this award, because it both compliments our organization and emphasizes TRMA’s dedication to member education.”
The Telecommunications Risk Management Association was formed to explore cooperative efforts to reduce consumer and small-business un-collectible debt. TRMA was created as an industry forum to bring Telecom Risk Management professionals together to understand and cooperate to prepare its members to deal with the industry’s un-collectible issues.
