Micro Focus Telesales Group Completes TSOD Team Development Workshop

The workshop series included TSOD’s Time Management and Stress Management programs, along with an MBTI®-based team awareness session. Participants graduated the training program with effective plans for using time, mitigating stress, and fully contributing to a team environment. As part of the workshop, each participant received a complete MBTI® assessment revealing how that person tends to participate on a team, communicate, make decisions, and organize tasks and priorities.
